Refund policy

Ask us for a refund within 30 days of paying, and we refund the whole amount you paid. For any reason, or for no reason. You do not have to explain, and nothing is deducted.

The promise

• 30 days, counted from the day you paid.
• The full amount you paid, in full.
• Unconditional. There are no exceptions and no small print to check.
• We do not ask why, and we do not ask you to have used the plan or the credits, or not to have used them.

This applies to every payment made to 10RackMaker, whether it bought a Design Storage term or a pack of Export Credits. It covers a plan that has already started and credits that have already been spent just the same.

How to ask

Write to us and say which payment you want refunded. The email address on your account and the date of the payment are enough; a receipt reference helps but is not required.

We will answer and start the refund as soon as we read your request, and no later than five working days after it. The money goes back the way it came. Your bank or card issuer can then take a few more days to show it on your statement.

Payments today are in test mode

At the moment checkout runs in test mode: it is a stand-in payment page, no card details are collected, and no real money is taken. Nobody has paid 10RackMaker anything yet, so there is nothing for us to refund and no refund can be owed.

The promise above is written for real payments. The first real payment this site takes is covered by it in full, exactly as written, with no conditions.

What a refund does to a plan or to credits

Refunding a purchase takes back what that purchase gave you, and it does not delete anything of yours.

• A refunded Design Storage term ends, and the Free Exports that came with it are withdrawn.
• A refunded pack of Export Credits is taken back off your balance.
• Credits you had already spent are not clawed back, and nothing you have already exported is taken away from you.
• Your account, your designs and your revisions stay exactly where they are.

Promotional export credits granted with a purchase are withdrawn if that purchase is refunded — the unspent ones. Promotional credits you had already spent are treated like any other: they are not clawed back, and what you exported with them stays yours.

Other rights

This policy is a promise on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Nothing in it limits a right you have by law, and the Terms and conditions apply to the service itself.
