Terms and conditions

Last updated 21 September 2026

10RackMaker is a design tool for 3D-printable parts that fit 10-inch racks. You design, save and export; you print and install. These terms are the agreement between you and the seller named first below.

Seller details are missing. Everything in square brackets on this page is a placeholder that must be filled in through Finance → Settings (legal name, registered address, tax ID) before this site takes any real payment.

Who you are dealing with

10RackMaker is run by one individual — a sole proprietor — so the legal name below is that person's own name. The seller is:

  • Legal name: [Seller legal name — set this in Finance → Settings before taking real payments]
  • Registered address: [Seller registered address — set this in Finance → Settings before taking real payments]
  • Tax ID (VAT ID where the seller is registered for VAT): [Seller tax ID — set this in Finance → Settings; leave it empty only if the seller has no tax ID]

That person or company is who you are buying from and who is responsible for this service.

The service

The designer turns the numbers you enter — panel width, screw type, hole spacing, depth, wall thickness — into a 3D model. You can save revisions, export STL files to print, print 2D drawings of a part, and export a fit-test coupon.

Accounts are invitation-only

There is no public sign-up. An administrator creates an account for you and sends you an invite link or a temporary password, which you replace with your own the first time you sign in.

  • One person per account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
  • We may suspend or close an account that is used to attack the service or other people, or to break these terms.

Plans and prices — and the test-mode checkout

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. There are two kinds. Design Storage is a term bought once for 365 days: it raises how many active designs an account keeps and comes with some Free Exports. Export Credits are bought in packs; one credit exports every part of one saved design version.

Checkout runs in test mode today. Payment is simulated: a stand-in page takes the place of a real one, no card details are collected or stored, and no real money is taken. Nothing is charged. What is bought in test mode is counted only in test mode and does not carry over when real payments are switched on. When real payments start, this page will say so before anything is charged.

The price is shown in baht if you chose Thailand as your billing country, and in US dollars otherwise.

Renewals and cancelling

Nothing in 10RackMaker renews by itself. There is no repeating subscription and no card kept on file.

  • A Design Storage term is bought once and runs for 365 days from the moment the payment is confirmed. It does not renew. When it ends, it simply ends.
  • Export Credits are bought once as a pack. Credits you bought never expire.
  • Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel: if you do not buy again, no further payment is taken.
  • Only one Design Storage term can be running at a time. The next one can be bought once the running one has ended.
  • To end a running term early, or to ask about a payment, contact us — see below. The Refund Policy applies: 30 days, unconditional.

What happens when a storage term ends

Nothing is deleted when a term ends.

  • Your account falls back to the Free plan’s active-design limit. You can still open, edit, export and delete your designs; you just cannot create a new design or duplicate one until you are back within that limit.
  • The per-design and total storage ceilings stay at the level of the plan you had, so a design that was fine before can still be edited.
  • The Free Exports that came with the term end with it. Export Credits you bought yourself are not affected.
  • Your designs and revisions stay in your account, and files you have already exported are untouched.

Your designs are yours

Your designs belong to you: the design itself, every revision you save, and every STL file, 2D drawing and fit-test coupon you export. You may use them commercially. 10RackMaker claims no ownership of your design or of any file you export.

We store your designs to run the service for you — to show them back to you, to keep the revisions you save and to build the exports you ask for. We use them for nothing else.

What you print is your responsibility

The designer calculates the geometry from numbers you type and can change at any time. Racks in this class have no single published standard, and small differences in hardware or in a printed part matter. That is why the fit-test coupon exists.

  • Check the numbers, and print and test the fit-test coupon before committing to a long print.
  • You decide what to print, how to print it and where to install it, and you are responsible for that and for the load it carries.
  • We are not responsible for a part that does not fit, or for loss or damage caused by a part you print, install or load.
  • We are responsible for running the service with reasonable care, and for your data as the privacy notice describes.

Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you and does not allow you to give up.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise any particular availability, and a design exported before a change to the designer may not match what it produces afterwards. We may change or withdraw features.

If these terms change, we will show the new version on this page with a new date before it applies to you.

Refunds

Every purchase is covered by the Refund Policy: 30 days from the payment, unconditionally, with no conditions attached.
