What to write about
- An account. Accounts are invitation-only at the moment — an administrator creates them. Ask here and say what you intend to build.
- A refund. See the refund policy; a refund is asked for by writing to the address above.
- Your data. To see, correct, export or delete what is stored about you, ask here. What is stored, and what deletion means, is set out in the privacy notice.
- A part that does not fit. Send the rack make and model and the measurements you took from the fit-test coupon. That is usually enough to find which number in the profile needs changing.
Before you write about fit
Racks in this class have no single published standard, so two racks sold as 10-inch can differ by a millimetre or two in the places that matter. The fit-test coupon is a thin slice of the mounting edge that answers the question in ten minutes of printing rather than four hours. Print it first — the answer it gives is the one worth sending.
